DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BANDWIDTH AND LATENCY ?

Bandwidth: Bandwidth determines how fast data can be transferred over time. Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transferred per second.
Latency: Latency is delay. Latency is how long it takes data to travel between its source and destination, measured in milliseconds. It can be tested by "Pinging" network devices

WHAT IS FAIR USUAGE POLICY ?

While the packages have been designed to give unlimited broadband experience to the subscribers, few customers may use excessive amount of the data transfer, causing traffic congestion on the network. In order not to impair the experience of other users, a Fair Usage Policy is applied. This helps to give the desired Internet usage experience to all users, especially since broadband is a shared bandwidth experience and the over-usage of a group of customers must not affect the rest of the users.

WHAT HAPPENS IN FAIR USAGE POLICY ?

Each package has been defined with a significantly large and extremely generous data transfer level, so that most typical users will never cross these levels of data consumption. In a situation, where a user has utilized and consumed the Fair Usage Data Limit in a particular month, the speed of this user will be reduced to the Speed-Breaker speed for the remainder of the month. The Speed Breaker Speed for different packages has been designed to ensure a good usage and download experience at reasonable speeds for the remainder of the month.

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN WITH THE SPEED OF SERVICE AFTER I REACH THE FUP ?

On reaching the fair usage level, the plan speed would be optimized to Post FUP speed mentioned above in the table, for the rest of the month/ billing cycle as applicable. Please note that the speeds would be upgraded to the normal speeds at the start of the next month /billing cycle as applicable. While the subscriber has always the choice of choosing a right plan basis their individual requirements which is available in our website

CAN I OPT FOR A TOP-UP AFTER I REACH MY FUP ?

We have a choice of Top up plans that are available basis individual requirements.

AFTER PAYMENT, WOULD MY ACCOUNT GET ACTIVATED INSTANTLY ??

If the account is not active at the time of payment, it would require a minimum of 4 workings hours to a maximum of 72 Hours for the account to become active, depending upon the mode of payment.
